WE’RE HIRING! - Receptionist
Busy Personal Injury Law Firm seeking to fill a full-time Receptionist position for our West Palm Beach office. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be presentable, organized, personable, and able to handle a busy schedule. Previous receptionist experience is required. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Bilingual / Spanish speaking is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming telephone calls
- Greet all firm guests
- Open, date stamp, and sort all incoming mail
- Stamp outgoing mail, add postage to meter when necessary
- Receive and distribute fax transmissions
- Order office supplies, including maintaining coffee service supplies
- Keep the conference rooms clean
- Perform all other office tasks, including stocking of copiers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in reception / phones
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office
- Preference given to bilingual/Spanish speaking
