Director – Early Childhood Education

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Director to lead and manage the daily operations of our childcare and educational program. The Director will oversee programming for children ranging from infants to 13 years old, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. This role is designed for a strong leader who can maintain structure, uplift staff, and keep the program running smoothly and in full compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the childcare program
- Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum, lesson plans, and activities
- Ensure the building is clean, safe, up to code, and compliant with all state regulations
- Supervise and support staff, foster teamwork, and boost morale through positive leadership
- Conduct regular facility checks to ensure safety and functionality
- Communicate professionally with families and staff
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required
- Lead with enthusiasm, structure, and a commitment to high-quality care

Minimum Qualifications:

- High level of reliability and a positive attitude
- Must pass a background check and drug test
