As a Murdoch's Team Member, you will...
- Reconcile daily store sales activity accurately and promptly
- Reconcile daily and monthly cash activity
- Support the preparation and distribution of monthly financial statements
- Contribute to the year-end inventory process
- Review and audit accounts receivable activity
- Participate in the company-wide budgeting process
- Prepare accurate, well-organized workpapers for the annual company audit
- Analyze balance sheet and profit-and-loss accounts to identify trends and variances
- Take on additional accounting responsibilities and other duties as assigned

- Hold a four-year degree in accounting or finance; previous accounting experience is preferred

- Develops mastery of Microsoft Dynamics functions related to the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Point of Sale, and Inventory
- Delivers expert customer service by responding accurately and professionally to internal partners—including bookkeepers, managers, receivers, purchasing, and advertising—and external partners such as vendors, accounts receivable customers, and banking contacts
