What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)
Sales Execution
- Drive hospital sales promotion through distributors by aligning commercial strategy and engagement
- Execute and optimize sales partner programs aligned with product strategy'
- Plan and execute seminars & exhibitions in medical conferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthecare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Identify market needs and generate and synthesize insights through direct engagement with clinicians (physicians, nurses, etc.)
- Lead engagement and product value promotion with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Drive product positioning and business activities in collaboration with internal teams (e.g., R&D, global teams)
- Translate market and customer insights into actionable inputs for product and business strategies
Clinical Strategy Execution
- Coordinate and drive clinical-related activities supporting product development and market adoption
- Act as a key interface between clinical stakeholders and internal teams
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize clinical feedback and insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or related industry.
- Hands-on experience in Sales or commericial activities (e.g., distributor management, HCP engagement), Product management/marketing, or Clinical support/marketing or clinical-related activities.
- Ability to engage directly with healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses) and understand clinical workflows and needs.
- Proven ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.
- Ability to take initiative and drive execution in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to maintain regular in-office presence as an important part of effective communication and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience working with or engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Exposure to clinical evidence generation, clinical evaluation, or clinical support activities.
- Experience collaborating with R&D or product development teams.
