Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the day-to-day activities of Nursing Assistants
- Complete required documentation for resident admissions, discharges, and transfers in accordance with facility policy
- Accurately chart and document resident care
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and in compliance with established policies and procedures
- Conduct daily rounds and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana or Compact State
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and leadership skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, quality-driven care
