Munck Wilson Mandala is looking for an IP litigation attorney to join its Uptown Dallas office. Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of intellectual property patent litigation experience in a large to mid sized law firm. Ideal candidate will have a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering or computer science. Candidate will serve as a technical expert on the trial team and assist with invalidity, infringement, claim charting, and working with inventors and experts.
