Basic Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and care.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Handle food safely in accordance with health regulations and company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for coffee and helping others enjoy their experience is essential.
