Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipments.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, pastries, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation methods and equipment is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
