Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite drinks and snacks with enthusiasm.
• Operate Toast POS systems accurately for all transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Manage cash register operations efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling, balancing registers, and maintaining accuracy in sales.
• Prepare and serve beverages like bubble teas, smoothies, and coffee drinks while adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, including food prep stations, kitchen, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and serving to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication.
• Previous experience as a cashier, or a barista or in food service or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures is desirable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask effectively. Pay: From $20.00 per hour
