Job Objective
The Operations Manager provides leadership across logistics, materials, supply chain, planning, manufacturing, quality coordination, and related operational functions. The role is responsible for delivering strong operational performance through lean production management, process discipline, and continuous improvement. A key part of the role is to analyze and improve processes in the newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and support the practical implementation of AI in selected business processes.
Main Responsibilities And Key Activities
Lead, coach, manage, train, and develop the administrative and operational teams, including Production, QC, Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, and Planning.
Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing and operational activities in line with company goals, customer requirements, and quality standards.
Analyze delivery, inventory, capacity, and workflow issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Establish and control operating conditions to meet customer expectations, compliance requirements, and KPI's such as OTD, PPM, DIO, PPV, productivity, E&O, and inventory accuracy.
Actively support lean production management, standardization, waste reduction, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
Organize and direct workflow to satisfy production requirements in a cost-efficient and safe manner.
Investigate and analyze new processes and operational methods where feasible, and drive implementation of practical improvements.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve process flow, system usage, and data accuracy within the newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to stabilize, simplify, and optimize processes in D365, ensuring that system workflows support operational efficiency and business needs.
Use ERP data, PowerBI and AI tools and process insights to identify bottlenecks, improve reporting, track key KPIs, and support better decision-making across operations.
Maintain proper staffing levels through workforce planning, selection, interviewing, onboarding, and training of personnel.
Maximize the efficiency of production lines and ensure effective utilization of labor and resources.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and applicable local and global regulations.
Evaluate make-or-buy opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability, while ensuring the site is ready for a smooth transition into a new, modern facility in near future.

Qualifications and professional knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, logistics, operations management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of production management, lean production management, supply chain, planning, and continuous improvement. Basic knowledge of operational KPIs such as OTD, PPM, DIO, PPV, E&O, etc.
- Understanding of quality standards, operational controls, and health & safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing business processes and improving process execution in Microsoft D365, or AX is a strong advantage.
