Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across the Mid-Atlantic region (NC, SC, TN). In this role, you will represent MultiCam's portfolio of cutting-edge CNC routing and service solutions to customers in manufacturing, woodworking, signage, and fabrication environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with direct customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and collaborate with applications specialists to deliver customized solutions.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans, including prospecting and pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and account data within CRM systems.
- Provide consultative sales support by understanding customer production workflows and recommending solutions that improve efficiency and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams (applications, service, logistics, and marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Attend industry trade shows, customer events, and on-site visits within the territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment, CNC machinery, or industrial solutions.
- Experience selling into industries such as woodworking, cabinetry, sign making, plastics, or general manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of consultative/value-based selling and ROI-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with CNC routers, cutting systems, or manufacturing equipment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a territory-based role.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
