OR Aide (Ambulatory Surgery Center)
The OR Aide supports perioperative services by safely transporting patients and assisting clinical staff in the Operating Room (OR), PACU, and Pre/Post-Op areas. This role ensures timely and efficient patient flow, assists with patient positioning using proper body mechanics, and prepares necessary equipment and supplies for procedures. The OR Aide also performs terminal cleaning of operating rooms, ensuring all surgical areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between cases and at the end of the day in accordance with infection control standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols, including hand hygiene, isolation precautions, and aseptic techniques, as well as supporting effective communication among caregivers. The OR Aide assists with stocking and maintaining inventory, ensuring equipment is functional and ready for use, and providing general clinical support to nursing staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
