Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years apartment maintenance experience with 2 years of proven supervisory experience.
- HVAC Certification
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, appliances, get ready and preventative maintenance
- Ability to prioritize work
- Good customer service skills
- Supervise the Service team, inspect grounds, buildings and other community features, manage the turn-key operations and work directly with the Property Manager
- Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
- Work with vendors and oversee ordering supplies
- Reliable, insured transportation and provide own tools
- Ability to take after hours on-call emergencies when needed
- Must be able to climb ladder onto roofs
