Job Requirements:
- Experience in maintaining grounds, buildings and other community features in excellent manner a must
- Minimum 2-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock and appliances a plus
- Ability to prioritize work
- Good customer service skills
- Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Reliable transportation and provide own tools
