Seeking a qualified Leasing Consultant.
Ideal candidate will be upbeat, organized and possess excellent communication and closing skills both on the phone and in person.

Qualifications:
- High School education or equivalent
- Possess super customer service, telephone and communication skills
- Resman experience a plus
Essential Functions:
- Provides a daily inspection of show apartments and model appearance
- Handles all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community and closing the sale prior to move-in
- Assist property management team in marketing; Monitor the accuracy of advertisements, accurately and consistently documents traffic marketing sources and assist in leasing events and promotions
- Ability to take direction and work as a team player
- Maintains working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations concerning single family leasing and management
- Performs daily inspection of common areas and community amenities
- Must have reliable transportation in order to conduct showings and attend meetings
- Must be available to work weekends
