Buy Here Pay Here Car Salesman
Location: Joplin, MO (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Base Commission

What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Service
- Greet customers, figure out what they actually need, and match them with the right vehicle.
- Walk customers through our in house financing process in a way they can understand.
- Build relationships that turn into referrals (because those are the easiest sales of your life).
- Follow up with warm leads, past customers, and incoming inquiries.
Vehicle & Lot Management
- Keep the lot clean, organized, and customer ready.
- Make sure vehicles are prepped, gassed, and photo ready for online listings.
- Help with basic lot tasks: test drives, tagging keys, updating vehicle info, etc.
Administrative Tasks
- Complete all paperwork accurately (nobody wants a title nightmare).
- Log customer interactions, sales notes, and follow ups.
- Coordinate with the titlework/collections team when needed.
