Position Overview
We are looking to hire a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our growing business. This is an in-office position based in Richland, MO.
This role is ideal for someone with an agricultural background who understands livestock operations and feed needs, and enjoys building relationships with farmers and producers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Communicate with farmers to understand their feed needs and operations
- Sell bulk feed products across multiple states
- Negotiate pricing and contracts
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
- Stay organized and detail-oriented with orders and logistics
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong negotiation skills
- Agricultural background preferred (livestock/feed knowledge is a big plus)
