We are seeking an energetic and motivated Termite Salesman to join our dynamic pest control team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our termite prevention and treatment services, engaging with customers, assessing their needs, and providing effective solutions. Duties

• Actively prospect and engage potential clients through warm leads set by out setters.
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties using hand tools and pest control equipment to identify termite activity and infestation risks
• Explain the benefits of our termite treatment solutions clearly, confidently addressing customer questions and concerns
• Prepare detailed service proposals tailored to each client’s property needs, emphasizing effective treatment plans
• Apply pest control techniques safely
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up schedules

Experience

• Prior experience in sales
• Knowledge of pest control
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for safe transportation between job sites
• Previous experience working outdoors

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
