What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Bidding Engineer position at MULTI ELECTRIC?
Supporting the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive tenders for airport lighting projects.

strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Activities & Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity qualification to final submission;
- Analyze tender documentation and identify key requirements;
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, sales, procurement, finance) to gather necessary inputs;
- Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals in line with client specifications;
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, deadlines, and company standards;
- Support cost estimation and pricing strategies in collaboration with technical teams;
- Maintain and update bid documentation, templates, and proposal libraries;
- Monitor bid outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of the proposal process;
- Assist in contract review and handover to project execution teams.
Skills Required:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related fields is preferred
- Previous experience (2β5 years) in bid management, proposal writing, or technical sales support;
- Experience in airport-related projects is a strong plus;
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings;
- Experience working within FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulatory frameworks or on FAA-compliant aviation projects is highly appreciated;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. A secondo language (Italian or French is a plus);
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
