Quick Lane Technician:
We are looking to add Quick Lane Technicians to our multi-store enterprise. We offer competitive pay, incentives and benefits. Details to be provided in interview. We never have a slow season! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturer and dealership polices
- Perform thorough and accurate multi point inspections
- Provide superior customer satisfaction
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records
- Clean and maintain work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
- Computerized transactions/record keeping
- Follow all Company procedures and standards
Qualifications for this job:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have experience in heavy Engine repair (Ford or ASE certified is a plus)
- OEM or ASE Certifications - Ford / Lincoln certification a plus
- Must provide own tool set
- Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
- Strong time management skills
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Lifting of heavy items of up to 75 pounds
- Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
- Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
