About the Position
Mullets is looking for an energetic, dependable Bartender / Server to join our team. If you enjoy a busy restaurant, great guests, cold drinks, and a fun atmosphere, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
