Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide elevated food and beverage service to club members and their guests
- Serve as both a dining room server and bartender based on operational needs
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely, polished service
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, wines, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Anticipate member preferences and deliver personalized, attentive service
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold private club service etiquette
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state laws and club policies
- Accurately process orders, payments, and member charges using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas at all times
- Assist with service for banquets, tournaments, and special club events
- Collaborate effectively with culinary staff, servers, bartenders, and management
