Position Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, responsible alcohol service, keep up with running side duties, and ensuring that all guests receive attentive and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and process orders accurately, providing menu recommendations as needed.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide guest with the correct change.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
