Position Overview: We are looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while managing the flow of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient guest flow.
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist with any guest requests or concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
