Box Maker / Packer
Hours: Finishing; 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand, bend, pull, push, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds safely and repeatedly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand and power tools.
- Receive, inspect, and organize raw materials and purchased items used in company operations.
- Select and cut lumber and assemble shipping boxes according to customer and shipping specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of supplies and consumable materials required for box-making and receiving functions.
- Request or reorder supplies as needed to support uninterrupted operations.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Safely operate and maintain proficiency with tools and equipment required for the position.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment associated with box-making and receiving activities.
- Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned to support department operations.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Manufacturing and warehouse setting.
- Exposure to lumber, tools, machinery, and typical production-related noise levels.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as appropriate.
