2. Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand, bend, pull, push, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Set up and operate the Auto Deburr machine
- Communicate with the Saw Operator regarding defective burrs and blade change requirements
- Measure and verify product dimensions using:
- Rulers
- Tape measures
- Micrometers
- Vernier calipers
- Plug gauges
- Follow instructions and guidance from the Section Leader and Production Supervisor to meet production goals and on-time delivery
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials within the work area
- Seek direction from the Production Supervisor or Section Leader during downtime or maintenance periods
- Accurately complete shift production records
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
- Continuous standing and movement during shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Manufacturing/warehouse setting
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and production equipment
- Must follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
