Key Responsibilities
- Perform decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization standards
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner
- Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to support patient care operations
- Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certified Sterile Processing Technician (required prior to start)
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Active state license
- Ability to work rotating shifts and holiday coverage as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Facility Details
- Mid-sized hospital (150–500 beds)
- Trauma Level III facility
- Streamlined onboarding process (not affiliated with Hawaii Health Systems Corporation)
