Position - Hospice RN Case Manager
Location - Grand Junction, CO

Assignment Details:

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
  • Duration: 12 Weeks
  • 40 Hours Per Week

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Hospice RN Experience
  • Active CO RN License Required
  • Case Management Experience Preferred

MTK-1

Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Hospice RN: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Required)
  • Active CO RN License (Required)

Work Location: On the road

Salary : $50 - $52
