Position: LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Facility: Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home

Assignment Details:
• 13 Weeks Contract
• Variable Shifts (based on census/facility need)
• Start Date: 06/15/2026

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of LTC experience
• Active LPN License
• BLS Required
• Experience with wound care, med administration, assessments, catheter care, G-tube care, wound vac, CPAP, and ADL assistance
