Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) is seeking an experienced Dialysis Technician to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals providing exceptional renal care throughout the greater Seattle region. This position supports chronic in-center dialysis operations across multiple clinic locations and offers the opportunity to work within a patient-focused organization committed to excellence in kidney care.
The Dialysis Technician will provide direct patient care to individuals receiving renal dialysis treatment under the supervision of a Registered Staff Nurse while adhering to established clinical protocols and safety standards.

In addition to in-center dialysis care, PSKC supports home dialysis training programs and collaborates with local hospitals to provide comprehensive renal healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to dialysis patients during treatment sessions
- Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and treatment stations
- Obtain and document patient vital signs and treatment data
- Observe patients during dialysis and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards
- Assist with patient education and support throughout treatment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Float between assigned clinic locations as needed
- Current CHT or CCHT certification required
- Current Washington State MA-HT certification required or ability to obtain
- Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association required
- Previous dialysis experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of dialysis technician experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- 10-hour shifts with AM and PM rotations
- Clinics operate Monday through Saturday
- Shifts may vary, with schedules ending no later than 11:30 PM
- Travel between multiple clinic locations required
