Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our team on-site in Wisconsin Dells, WI. In this role, the HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department with daily administrative tasks, assist with employee records management, oversee benefits administration, and ensure accurate data entry into Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role also includes scheduling and coordinating training sessions, assisting with recruitment processes, and maintaining compliance with workplace regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Skills in organizing and coordinating employee Training programs
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software
- Previous experience in the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
