Brief Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating all aspects of reroof projects. This includes scheduling and managing installation crews and subcontractors to ensure every job is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and commercial clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and a smooth, stress-free experience.
Tasks and Duties
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate reroofing projects from start to finish
- Manage and communicate daily with installation crews to ensure timely and quality work
- Conduct pre-construction review of materials and labor costs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and updates
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time to job sites
- Monitor job progress and proactively address any issues or delays
- Ensure projects comply with safety standards, permits, and local regulations
- Document progress through photos, notes, and digital reporting tools
- Foster long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Perform random job site inspections and document any findings for each crew
Qualifications and Requirements
- A high school diploma (or its equivalent) is necessary to perform the role.
- Ability to communicate, write, and speak fluently in both English and Spanish is desirable.
- Preference will be given to those who are eager to learn, train, and excel daily within a performance-based culture. We are seeking candidates willing to hone their skills.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time onsite position, working every Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM daily.
You must be able to sit for extended periods of time, using a computer, telephone, printer, and copy machine to perform the job tasks/duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
