Brief Description
Mt. Baker Roofing is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager Assistant to support our Project Managers in the successful execution of residential roofing projects.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction operations. The Project Manager Assistant will play a critical role in coordinating administrative workflows, supporting customers and crews, and ensuring projects run efficiently from scheduling through completion.
This is a growth-track position with the intention of developing the right candidate into a full Project Manager role.
Tasks and Duties
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating roofing projects from start to finish
- Work with homeowners and contractors to schedule projects and maintain production timelines
- Provide real-time schedule updates to customers as needed
- Assist customers with basic questions regarding roofing materials and processes
- Prepare job packets and ensure installation crews have accurate project information
- Coordinate material orders and delivery with suppliers
- Review job documentation and billing for accuracy
- Help track project progress and communicate updates internally
- Assist with punch lists and project closeout documentation
- Maintain organized digital files and project records
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in person
- Provide prompt follow-up to customer inquiries
Must-Have's
- A high school diploma (or its equivalent) is necessary to perform the role.

Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in construction, roofing, or home services
- Bi-Lingual Spanish Speaker
- Administrative or project coordination experience
- Interest in building a career in construction project management

Working Conditions
This is a full-time onsite position, working every Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (PDT) daily.
You must be able to sit for extended periods of time, using a computer, telephone, printer, and copy machine to perform the job tasks/duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
