Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for an on-site contract role in Cape May, NJ. The Physical Therapist Assistant will assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, including preparing equipment, providing quality patient care, and monitoring progress. The role involves supporting rehabilitation efforts, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols, and delivering exceptional care to patients in accordance with established therapy plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physical Therapy practices with a strong ability to assist in patient evaluations and therapeutic interventions.
• Skills in Patient Care and Quality Patient Care to ensure optimal care and positive experiences for clients.
• Experience in Rehabilitation, with a focus on assisting patients in regaining mobility and function.
• Knowledge of Orthopedics and related techniques to aid in specialized therapy treatments.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an empathetic approach to patient care.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant certification and relevant state licensure is required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is highly desirable.
