What We're Looking For- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current New Jersey PTA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to collaborate with physical therapists and other team members
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive clinical environment

Your RoleAs a PTA at Healix, you'll work closely with our physical therapists to deliver individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation, monitor progress, and help patients achieve meaningful improvements in their quality of life.
