Job Description.

The selected applicant will be expected to perform some combination of the following:

• Interface with agency executive leadership, leadership teams, staff, stakeholders, and the public to ensure the timely development and delivery of (HR/IT) projects, solutions, or services.
• Apply a broad range of administrative, consultative, and technical expertise to elucidate business and functional specifications and requirements.
• Plan, organize, execute, and control tasks and resources for the successful delivery of (HR/IT) projects or services.
• Help identify and provide solutions for (HR/IT) projects and agency initiatives through research and analysis.
• Apply a broad set of management skills and expertise as a Project Leader or Key Resource to manage and direct teams and resources in the completion of (HR/IT) projects, tasks, and program activities.
• Organize, direct, and manage support services that help achieve the FWC agency's mission.
• Support agency staff and resources training through formal classroom instruction, workshops, or seminars.
• Support the Internal Management Policies and Procedures (IMPP) and Interim Policy Memorandum (IPM) processes.
• Comply with and enforce all agency policies, procedures, and security policies.
• Remote work for this position is contemplated. Still, the candidate must be available for on‐site setup and meetings at FWC offices in Tallahassee, Florida, as requested and paid for by FWC.
