.NET Software Developer

1. Provide .NET software application support inclusive of designing, coding, testing, implementing,

maintaining, and supporting FWC applications.

1. Provide Microsoft SQL database application support inclusive of data design/modeling, coding,

implementing, maintaining, and supporting FWC applications.

1. Provide SQL programming inclusive of stored procedures, functions, and views.
2. Provide configuration management (using DevOps/GitHub) for software application objects.
3. Provide Azure application development and support (App Services, Azure Functions, Web Apps, APIs).
4. Provide storage services management (Blob, File, Queue, Table Storage).
5. Provide Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD automation and release management.
6. Provide change management in a code promotion role in partnership with development team.
7. Provide analytical services on systems to implement user-defined requirements.
8. Maintain technical documentation (architecture, design specs, data dictionaries, user guides)
9. Provide analytical services on systems to identify operational efficiencies.
10. Facilitate collecting system requirements with the business program staff.
11. Produce work estimates to implement user-defined requirements.
12. Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements.
13. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff.
14. Produce status reports on the implementation of user-defined requirements.
15. Produce accounting of hours worked by tasks.
16. Provide analytical services on FWC IT processes to identify operational efficiencies.
17. Follow FWC IT processes and coordinate with other FWC IT staff to ensure compliance with FWC standards.
18. Technical consultant to FWC staff.
19. Complies with and enforces all agency policies, procedures, and security policies.
20. Provide Technical Training (Knowledge Transfer), as required for Office of Information Technology Support

Staff as related to FWC software applications.
