Job Title: Bilingual Admin
Description:
Skills/Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Monthly Development Costs Reports (Manhours and Expense tracking). Including communication and coordination across functions
- Executives Schedule Manage
- Travel arrangements for a team of <15 members
- Translation jobs as necessary
- Maintain a small vehicle fleet <20 vehicles, including scheduling with users and arranging routine maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

- Strong Japanese Language Fluency
- MS Office (i.e., Excel Skills)
- Ability to drive vehicles (e.g., to the dealership, to a gas station, etc.)
- Self-Motivated
- Strong Customer Service Capability
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
