Bilingual Admin
Job Summary:
Our client in Saline, MI is looking for a Bilingual Admin. This is a direct hire/contract position.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain Monthly Development costs Reports (Manhours and Expense tracking). Including communication and coordination cross functionally.
- Executives Schedule Manage.
- Travel arrangements for team of <15 members.
- Translation jobs as necessary.
- Maintain small vehicle fleet <20 vehicles including scheduling with users and arrangement of routine maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basics:
- Strong Japanese Language Fluency.
- MS Office (i.e. Excel Skills).
- Ability to drive vehicles (e.g. to dealership, to gas station, etc.).
- Self-Motivated.
- Strong Customer Service Capability.
