What we’re looking for: Vice President, Influencer, within MSL’s Corporate practice to implement the strategic direction for how companies tell their stories, communicate in real time, and engage stakeholders in the digital landscape.

Who you are: You keep a strong pulse on how influence is shaped, earned, and amplified online, spotting trends early and translating them into actionable strategies for brands. With an understanding of creator dynamics, cultural context, and platform mechanics, you’re able to apply that insight to client challenges in ways that feel timely, credible, and effective.

What you’ll do: In this role, you’ll manage influencer and creator‑driven programs across social platforms, translating strategic direction into day‑to‑day execution. You’ll develop data‑driven insights, shape influencer‑led content strategies, and manage campaigns that authentically reflect a company’s values and voice for both external and internal audiences. You’ll bring a love of analytics and the ability to work with an advanced tech stack supporting Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, consumer, and defense. You will operate with autonomy and accountability, serving as a primary client and team lead while partnering closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on influencer strategy development and execution, partnering with senior leadership on overarching direction while owning day‑to‑day delivery.
  • Translate business priorities and strategic direction into clear content, tone, and platform strategies based on audience insights, trends, and corporate culture
  • Lead multi-influencer campaigns end‑to‑end with junior support, with decision‑making responsibility across vetting, negotiation, contracting, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional agency teams across digital, strategy, and creative to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, creators, and talent agencies across relevant industries
  • Track and interpret platform and creator trends to develop innovative, integrated campaigns that align with business goals and create competitive advantage
  • Use analytics tools to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and inform recommendations, while using that data to produce clear, actionable reports that evaluate results, capture insights, and inform continuous improvement
  • Ensure best practices and platform guidelines are followed across all social and influencer activity
  • Support new business pitches with data-driven insights, audience trends, and growth opportunities
  • Manage budgets across social, influencer, and paid programs, in partnership with operations and account leadership.
  • Act as supporting client counselor, confidently leading meetings and decision‑making
  • Review and elevate strategy, briefs, content, and reporting before client delivery
  • Mentor junior team members and support team growth, quality, and consistency
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and move work forward while escalating to senior team members where support is needed

Compensation Range: $115,000-$194,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.

Salary : $115,000 - $194,500
