Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through in-person meetings to deal closure
- Sell HCM solutions to C-suite and top executive decision-makers
- Develop and present compelling business cases demonstrating how Paycom improves organizational efficiency
- Efficiently schedule appointments through cold calling, phone outreach, and in-person “drop-in” visits
- Serve as the first point of contact for many Paycom clients, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Paycom products and clearly articulate client benefits
- Adapt sales strategies in response to objections and rejection
- Continuously learn and stay current on industry trends, product updates, and legislative changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong business acumen in a professional environment
- Client-facing experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Cold-calling or outbound prospecting experience
- 1–5 years of experience in a sales role or equivalent
- College internship or recent postgraduate experience considered
