Role Overview
The Growth Champion plays a vital role in expanding our member community and driving revenue across all offerings. This is a high-impact sales position focused on converting leads into new members, guiding them through our unique approach to longevity, and helping them take the first step toward a better life.
You’ll be responsible for communicating the value of our experience, building meaningful relationships, and helping prospective members find the right path forward—whether they’re interested in medical services, facility memberships, or a combination of both.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle for all membership offerings, including medical and facility programs.
• Lead member consultations: conduct compelling in-person and virtual tours that clearly communicate the organization’s value proposition.
• Manage and grow your prospect pipeline: follow up with warm leads, generate new prospects through outreach and events, and maintain engagement through CRM workflows and personalized communication.
• Build relationships that convert cultivate trust and credibility by understanding prospective members’ goals, answering questions, and offering personalized solutions.
• Collaborate internally: partner closely with coaching, medical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and a cohesive brand experience.
• Track and optimize sales activity: maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and performance metrics using systems such as Go HighLevel, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Serve as a brand ambassador: represent the mission and philosophy of the company at the facility, in the community, and at local events.
Ideal Candidate
• 2 years of experience in a sales or client acquisition role, ideally within health, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based environments.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consultative-selling skills.
• Highly organized and tech-savvy; comfortable using CRMs, sales platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Motivated by the mission and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
