Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and track submittals and RFIs to ensure timely approval and compliance.
- Maintain organized documentation, including logs, plans, budgets, and progress reports.
- Coordinate regularly with field staff to gather updates and escalate issues to the PM.
- Assist with change order documentation, scope writing, and pricing coordination.
- Support the project management team by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining records.
- Communicate project updates clearly and proactively to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and construction timelines.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to drive team efficiency.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role (commercial construction preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Procore and/or Bluebeam is a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally to remote job sites (including Del Rio, TX).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and think on their feet.
