About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who can help manage the workflow of creative projects through the agency by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams across disciplines, expediting project progress, and ensuring logistical efficiency. The ideal candidate is equal parts organized and optimistic—someone who can keep teams moving, keep details straight, and keep the work flowing, on time, and on budget. If you love creative problem-solving, thrive in fast-moving environments, and can anticipate what’s needed before it’s asked, this role is for you.
As a Junior PM, you’ll support our creative directors and account leads, helping shepherd creative projects from brief to production, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and collaboration every step of the way.
We are a hybrid office, striking a balance between the need for in-person collaboration and the freedom to work remotely. It is mandatory that you are in our Dallas office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Monday and Friday are usually remote days, unless there is a specific need to be in the office.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day project management across multiple workstreams and clients
- Build and maintain project schedules, status docs, and resourcing plans
- Facilitate communication between creative, strategy, production, and account teams
- Create and actively manage creative development timelines
- Assist in organizing internal reviews and approvals
- Track feedback and revisions to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders
- Identify risks early and help troubleshoot challenges before they become issues
- Champion process, detail, and craft—even when things get messy (because they will)
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments
- A desire to learn how creative work gets made—and to play a real part in making it
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (Asana, Slack)
- Relevant experience in an ad agency, marketing department, or production company
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- A culture built on creativity, teamwork, and accountability
- The chance to work creative people on modern, integrated campaigns
- Opportunities to grow your craft with mentorship from seasoned project leaders
- A super-fun environment where your voice is welcomed and your ideas matter
