What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager - luxury lease-up position at MSB Resources?
Property Manager – Luxury Multifamily
Madison, WI
We're seeking an ambitious, sales-driven Property Manager to lead one of Madison's newest and most prestigious luxury apartment communities. Located just blocks from the Wisconsin State Capitol, this Class A community is redefining luxury living and offers a unique opportunity to join a growing ownership group at one of its flagship assets.
This recently acquired community is still in lease-up, creating an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys building momentum, driving occupancy, and creating an exceptional resident experience. Ownership is looking for someone who treats the property like it's their own business—someone who takes pride in results, embraces accountability, and genuinely loves leasing.
If you're a proactive, hands-on Property Manager with luxury multifamily experience and an entrepreneurial mindset, this is your chance to make a lasting impact while growing your career with a company that's actively expanding its portfolio.
What You'll Do
This is far more than a traditional Property Manager role. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of one of Madison's premier luxury communities during one of the most exciting phases of its lifecycle. With the property currently in lease-up, your ability to drive leasing success, motivate your team, and build lasting resident relationships will have a direct impact on the community's long-term success.
If you're hungry to grow, passionate about luxury multifamily, and energized by leasing and sales, we'd love to hear from you.
