What You'll Do
- Own the marketing technology stack, including CRM, websites, AI leasing tools, ILS integrations, and digital advertising platforms.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and marketing partners.
- Lead platform implementations, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Create SOPs, QA checklists, documentation, and training materials to standardize marketing operations.
- Monitor lead generation performance, reporting, and marketing dashboards to improve traffic, conversions, and leasing results.
- Partner with Marketing, Leasing, Operations, IT, and Regional teams to support platform adoption and optimize performance.
- Ensure digital marketing compliance, listing accuracy, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Supervise one direct report.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience in multifamily marketing operations, marketing technology, CRM administration, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi, RealPage, RentCafe, Engrain, multifamily CRM platforms, ILS providers, and SEM vendors.
- Experience leading or participating in a CRM or marketing platform implementation.
- Excellent project management, documentation, and vendor management skills.
