Staffing Coordinator | Digital Workforce Coordinator.


Location: Remote, with preference for candidates located within 50 miles of Georgetown, KY

Employment Type: Full-Time | Salaried

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $48,000–$55,000 base salary, depending on experience

Bonus Potential: Monthly bonus opportunity up to $3,000

Annual Earning Potential: $84,000 with base salary and bonus opportunities

About the Role

MS Companies is hiring a motivated Staffing Coordinator, internally titled Digital Workforce Coordinator, to support high-volume recruiting and staffing operations within the automotive and light industrial space.

This is a remote position; however, preference will be given to candidates located within approximately 50 miles of Georgetown, KY due to occasional onsite support needs, such as hiring events, training, meetings, or customer support.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, moving quickly, staying organized, and helping candidates through the hiring process from first contact to successful start.

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting candidates and employees while helping meet staffing goals, compliance requirements, and recruiting performance metrics.


What You’ll Do

Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for automotive and light industrial staffing needs.

Manage candidate pipelines through applicant tracking and requisition management systems.

Coordinate onboarding steps, including I-9 verification, background checks, drug screens, employment documentation, and safety training.

Use recruiting strategies such as job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, flyers, and local outreach.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates and employees to support engagement, retention, and successful starts.

Partner with operations, recruiting leadership, and internal teams to support staffing demands.

Track candidate and employee information accurately within company systems.

Monitor recruiting activity to help ensure hiring goals and performance metrics are met.

Support workforce follow-up, retention initiatives, and employee engagement efforts.

Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and customer requirements.


What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, workforce coordination, or another high-volume role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Strong follow-through, problem-solving skills, and candidate engagement ability.

Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.


Preferred Experience

Experience in automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or light industrial staffing environments.

Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or workforce staffing needs.

Familiarity with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media recruiting, referral campaigns, or hiring events.

Experience conducting phone screens, interviews, onboarding, and employee retention activities.

Knowledge of I-9 verification, background checks, drug screens, employment paperwork, and safety training processes.

Experience working toward recruiting metrics, staffing goals, KPIs, or performance-based targets.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.

Work Environment

This role requires regular use of a computer, phone, email, video meetings, ATS systems, and other digital communication tools. The position also requires the ability to manage multiple systems and communication channels throughout the workday.

Occasional travel may be required for recruiting events, training, company meetings, or customer support needs.
