What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin position at MS Companies?
What you’ll do:
- Management of employee personnel files
- Ensure new hire paperwork is processed and monitored accordingly (i.e. I9 completed )
- Track candidate progression through required training
- Creating, running, and analyzing a variety of reports - such as lost hours, pay rate, and various other reports
- Provide operational and administrative support to operations and recruiting team as needed
- Assisting Talent Resource Coordinator with administrative tasks required for new hire orientations
- Provide professional, courteous, and timely support to all internal customers
What you’ll bring to the job:
- 1 - 2 yrs related experience and/or Associates degree preferred
- Computer proficiency with intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Possess strong oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to analyze complex problems, issues, and data
- Must be detail oriented
- Be able to follow up and follow through with: projects, pending tasks, and both short-term and long-term commitments
- Be able to multi-task and support multiple demanding projects/tasks and manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently and keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
