Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

What You’ll Do
- Process consumer loan applications quickly and accurately
- Gather, verify, and track borrower documentation
- Review applications for completeness and compliance
- Prepare disclosures and maintain clean, audit-ready loan files
- Communicate with internal and external partners to keep files moving
- Provide timely updates and resolve outstanding items
- Deliver a friendly, community-focused customer experience
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma required; degree or lending knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail & excellent organization
- Friendly communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable with computers, MS Office, and learning new systems
- Reliable, consistent, solution-oriented attitude
- Prior loan processing/banking experience preferred (not required)
