We’re currently seeking a Loan Processor to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately process sales orders and ensure all financial data is up to date.
- Maintain and update customer and sales records in our CRM and financial systems.
- Collaborate daily with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Partner with Sales Consultants to verify paperwork and relay customer feedback internally.
- Coordinate with our loan vendor to manage and update customer financing accounts.
- Assist customers with finance-related inquiries and provide timely updates on loan statuses.
- Help us maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 85% or higher through clear, proactive communication.
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM and/or accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives under pressure.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
